This notice covers enquiries made to the HODL AI pre-launch project through the contact details shown on this site. Enquiries are initially handled through HODL World group contact details. The privacy contact is info@hodlworld.net.
Information you may provide
You may choose to provide your name, work email address, company, telephone number, areas of interest and the contents of your enquiry. The website contact form prepares an email in your own email application; the website does not transmit or store those form details. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial or special-category information.
Why information is used
If you choose to send an email, the information is used to understand and respond to your pilot, partnership, investment or general business request, keep an appropriate record of the discussion and protect HODL AI and HODL World from misuse. Processing is based on taking steps at your request and, where applicable, legitimate business interests in managing relevant enquiries.
